Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organisation throughout the venue.
- Adhere to legal and safety regulations at all times.
- Engage with customers, providing excellent service and upselling through focused table service when appropriate.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient bar operations.
- Handle all transactions accurately and responsibly.
Skills
- Previous experience in a bar environment is essential.
- Cocktail experience essential.
- Basic bar skills with an eagerness to learn new techniques.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively while providing assistance to customers.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective teamwork and customer interaction.
