Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the hotel lobby, hallways, and public areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors in designated areas
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and event spaces
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
