We are now looking for an ambitious, energetic, and people-focused Sales & Operations Manager to join our team.
The Role
As Sales & Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving membership growth, overseeing club operations, and delivering an outstanding member experience.
Key Responsibilities
Drive membership sales and lead generation activity
Achieve and exceed sales and operational KPIs
Support marketing campaigns, outreach events, and in-club promotions
Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the club
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the member journey
Handle member queries and escalations professionally and efficiently
Implement retention strategies to maximise member satisfaction and engagement
Ensure all operational procedures and standards are maintained
Maintain accurate club management software and reporting systems
Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies

Your Commitment
This is a full-time position working 5 days per week. Shift patterns include mornings, evenings, and some weekends, as standard within the leisure industry.

Experience & Education
GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Previous experience within the fitness, leisure, hospitality, or sales industry preferred
