Role Summary
Design and deliver innovative, multi-product lifestyle and gifting ranges, leading projects from
concept through to production. Create original artwork and prints that bring fresh, commercially
relevant ideas to life across a diverse product portfolio.
Act as a key guardian of the brand’s visual identity, translating its handwriting into compelling,
customer-facing assets across products, packaging, and seasonal communications. Your work
will directly influence the visual proposition, driving customer engagement, supporting sales
performance, and strengthening brand integrity and loyalty.
Role Responsibilities
- Research, design, and develop ranges across multiple categories all year round.
- Drive newness and innovation, staying ahead of current and future trends.
- Create design packs, CADs, and artworks to achieve high-quality first samples within
critical path timelines.
- Conduct market and competitor research to maintain strong commercial awareness.
- Review ranges with Buyers to ensure choice, balance, and maximise best sellers.
