What is my role as a Linen Attendant?
The Linen Attendant is in charge of checking and recording the dry cleaning and distributing it correctly per departments. The Linen Attendant will also assist the department with cleaning the Gallery Restaurant before service before service starts and clean and maintain the staff toilets, BOH stairs, walls and windows.
