Maintenance/ Gardener
- Undertake reactive and planned maintenance, equipment and ad hoc repairs, and general upkeep of the home
- Carrying out planned and unplanned general maintenance and complete relevant paperwork in connection with the above works
- Responding to maintenance requests from residents, staff and colleagues efficiently, to a high standard and on a timely basis
- Complete periodic checks of various systems (including water temperatures, alarm systems, fire system, lighting, door checks, etc)
- Ensure the homes lovely garden is maintained for the enjoyment of residents and visitors alike
- Driving licence required
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: £14.30 per hour
