We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Finisher to join our team for an ongoing kitchen contract. This position is on a self-employed basis, offering a stable 39-hour workweek with consistent hours. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality final touches to newly installed kitchens, ensuring every project meets our premium standards before handover.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete high-quality mastic and silicone sealing around worktops, upstands, and sinks.Carry out minor adjustments to cabinet doors, drawers, and hinges for perfect alignment.Touch up paintwork, fill minor blemishes, and ensure surfaces are flawless.Install final ironmongery, handles, and specialist trim accessories.Identify and rectify any minor installation defects before final client sign-off.Maintain a clean, professional, and safe working environment on site.RequirementsProven experience in kitchen finishing, carpentry, or high-end mastic application.Strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering a flawless finish.Must be registered as self-employed with a valid UTR (Unique Taxpayer Reference).
Valid UK driving license (to operate the company vehicle).
Own hand tools relevant to the trade.Valid CSCS card (preferred but not always essential depending on the site).
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
