What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing and growing your own temporary Early Years desk
- Building strong, long-term relationships with nurseries and staff
- Filling bookings
- Sourcing, screening and placing Early Years professionals
- Ensuring compliance and safeguarding standards are always met
- Working closely with payroll and compliance teams
- Spotting and converting new business opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Early Years or Education Recruitment
- A real understanding of the challenges and pressures nurseries face
- Fast-paced, energetic and able to thrive under pressure
- Someone who cares about quality — not just KPIs
- A natural communicator, both on the phone and face-to-face
- Strong attention to detail (especially when it comes to compliance)
