Manor Avenue Cleaning Ltd is looking for experienced, reliable and hardworking cleaners to join our growing team across Manchester.
This role involves travelling to different apartments, houses and residential properties throughout Manchester and surrounding areas to complete professional end-of-tenancy deep cleans.
This is not a standard domestic cleaning role. Our clients expect properties to be cleaned to a very high professional standard, ready for new tenants, landlords and estate agents.
Cleaning Experience Is Mandatory
Previous professional cleaning experience is absolutely essential for this position.
You must have experience carrying out deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, hotel cleaning, commercial cleaning or similar professional cleaning work.
Please do not apply if you have no professional cleaning experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Travelling to different properties throughout Manchester
- Completing end-of-tenancy deep cleans in apartments and houses
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas to a professional standard
- Deep cleaning ovens, hobs, cupboards, worktops and appliances where required
- Cleaning skirting boards, doors, frames, switches, sockets and internal windows
- Removing built-up dirt, grease, dust and limescale
- Cleaning inside cupboards, wardrobes and drawers
- Deep cleaning bathrooms, showers, toilets, tiles and fittings
- Vacuuming, mopping and thoroughly cleaning all flooring
- Following job instructions carefully and ensuring nothing is missed
- Taking before-and-after photographs when requested
- Reporting any damage, maintenance issues or problems at the property
- Looking after company cleaning products and equipment
- Working independently or as part of a cleaning team
Timekeeping and Job Completion
Punctuality is extremely important.
You must arrive at properties on time and be ready to begin work at the agreed start time.
Each property will be given an expected completion timeframe. You must be able to work efficiently and complete the clean within the timeframe provided by management while still maintaining our required cleaning standards.
Repeated lateness, unnecessarily slow working or failing to complete jobs within reasonable allocated times will not be suitable for this role.
We need cleaners who understand how to work quickly, efficiently and thoroughly.

Travel
You will be required to attend different properties across Manchester and surrounding areas, so applicants must be comfortable travelling between jobs.
The location of your work may change from day to day depending on our bookings.
