A growing workload has created the need for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join the Commercial Property Department within the Aberdeen City Centre headquarters of this legal firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established team delivering specialist conveyancing support to housebuilder clients across a wide range of residential property transactions. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
- Support part exchange and plot sale activities on behalf of housebuilder clients
- Prepare and review conveyancing documentation and legal paperwork
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders and third parties throughout transactions
- Maintain accurate records and case files using case management systems
- Assist with transaction completions and post-completion administration
Applications to this role require:
- Previous experience working as a Paralegal is essential
- Experience within conveyancing and residential property transactions would be advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to perform effectively in a busy environment and work to deadlines
- Good attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate work
