Machine Operator roles available on Robot Weld
Day Shift 7am - 5pm [Monday to Friday]
Roles available:
No previous machine operator experience on day shift - £12.75 p/h initial rate, plus up to 10% attendance, overtime bonus each month = £15.30 p/h achievable in first full month
With previous machine operator experience on day shift - up to £13.50 p/h initial rate, plus up to 10% attendance, overtime bonus each month = £16.20 p/h achievable in first full month

The job role:
- Machine Operative on robot weld machine
- Loading of raw materials and unloading and organisation of parts.
- Organisation and general maintenance of the department.
- Workload planning.
- Machine maintenance and upkeep.
- Trouble-shooting machine problems as experience and responsibilities increase.
- Leading by example and helping the business grow.
Candidate Requirements:
- Being able to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
- A hardworking and determined attitude.
- Good level of spoken English.
