Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and repair services for a variety of high pressure cleaning equipment . This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a busy environment. The Service Engineer will play a vital part in troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on high pressure cleaning equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Diagnose technical issues accurately and efficiently, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Install, commission, service/repair and test equipment at client sites.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding system operation and troubleshooting procedures.
- Document service activities, including repairs, maintenance schedules, and technical reports accurately.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all service activities.
- Participate in training programmes to stay updated with the latest technological advancements and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues efficiently.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driving licence is preferred for travel between client sites.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. This position offers the opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive environment.
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
