We have over 17 years’ experience designing and producing exciting and innovative retail displays for world class brands and retailers. We work with our international clients to provide a full end to end retail marketing solution from brief development, concepts, CAD, prototypes, full production and finally installation into retail stores.
This is a newly created Account Executive role within our sales team, reflecting our continued growth and investment in expanding our customer base. This is a full-time permanent office-based role to support the small Account Management team, reporting to the Accounts Director. The Account Executive plays a central role in coordinating and managing a selection of smaller projects going through the Currys approval process. This position ensures smooth delivery of product range updates, supports sign‑off processes, and maintains alignment across all many internal stakeholders and with brands and retailers.

Project Coordination & Workflow Management
- Support the administration of creating new project briefing forms from brand and retailer meetings.
- Ensuring all objectives are clearly understood for 2D design, CAD, production and installation teams.
- Track multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and escalating risks of delays. Help ensure Account Managers, Project Managers, Installation department, Retailer colleagues & Brands remain aligned on project goals, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Support product range change cycles, ensuring all product updates, artwork, technical files and product samples are delivered accurately and to brand and retailers required standard.
- Support Brand and Retailers equipment maintenance issues and plan to resolve.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Act as a primary point of contact for Currys project team and store operations for all range changes and FSDU launches.
- Support key weekly meeting with specific brands partners to provide progress updates and flag existing and future challenges ahead.
- Facilitate clear communication between design, CAD engineering, commercial, and manufacturing teams.
- Capture and distribute meeting notes, action points, and manage follow‑ups.
- After 3 months, with a solid understanding of the internal process, we would expect the role to take on smaller new design projects to gain experience in the concept development phase.
Design & Technical Support
- Collaborate with 2D POS designers and CAD engineers to manage Artwork, technical drawings, product specifications, and revisions.
- Review 2D POS and CAD outputs for accuracy before client or retailer submission.
Documentation & Quality Control
- Maintain organised project documentation, including briefs, timelines, approvals, and version control.
- Ensure all assets submitted to Currys and brand clients meet compliance, quality, and formatting requirements.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Experience preferred in a project or process management, marketing or point of sale production.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Personal confidence required due to communication with many people on Zoom & Team calls.
- Ability to create mid-level complex spreadsheet to track projects, create equipment & POS requirements order lists.
- As working with Point of Sale, very strong attention to detail is needed to check errors in copy and translations.
- Keen interest in product design, retail, point of sale and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal teams, brand clients, and retail partners.
- Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Adept at working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Collaborative and positive, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all level.
- Degree in Marketing preferred.
