Were looking for Support Workers to join our team in Burnham-on-Sea. This is a part-time role with a unique shift pattern:
- 9am10pm, followed by a sleep-in shift (10pm7am), then 7am9am the next morning
- Youll need a full UK driving licence to drive our company cars
Youll be supporting one individual with:
- Autism
- Communication difficulties
- Epilepsy
- Learning disabilities
Theyre independent in many waysdressing, personal care, eatingbut need support to stay safe, engaged, and happy. Youll be their everyday hero, helping them enjoy life their way.
Activities include:
- Walks and café visits
- Music-filled car journeys
- Updating their activity board
- Relaxing at home with a calm, consistent presence
Support is provided 1:1 at all times, with 2:1 in the community.
You might be:
- A Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant
- Or someone brand new to care, with the right attitude and a big heart
Youll thrive here if youre:

- Happy to follow routines and bring positive energy
- Willing to learn and grow with us
