TAY Recruitment are looking for a senior site manager for a 6 month contract in Bath, Somerset.
The role involves managing a refurb contract in Bath. You would need to have experience in cut and carve projects, groundworks, fit out and contract design. The role would involve supervising sub contractors, looking at quality control on site and maintaining health & safety standards on site.
You would require SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS. The day rate is £325 per day CIS, self employed or £270 per day PAYE (£241 ph plus £29 hoilday pay at 12.07% ).
The hours are 730-1700, Monday to Friday. Parking on site.
