The Role
As a Landscape Builder, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional gardens from start to finish. No two projects are the same, and you'll work alongside experienced colleagues to create outdoor spaces that our customers are proud of.
Typical duties include:
- Installing paving, patios and pathways
- Building retaining walls, steps and garden features
- Constructing timber structures including fencing, decking and pergolas
- Preparing groundworks and foundations
- Working with drainage and irrigation systems where required
- Operating a range of landscaping tools and machinery safely
- Reading and following landscape plans and specifications
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Representing Wilkinsons professionally on customer sites

Essential
- Previous experience in landscape construction or a similar building trade
- Good practical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Full UK driving licence
- Commitment to working safely and maintaining high standards
Desirable
- Experience laying porcelain or natural stone paving
- Fencing, decking or timber construction experience
- Planting and soft landscaping knowledge
- Machine or plant operation experience
