Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Saturday: Every second Saturday, 8:00am – 12:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

About the Role
WB Employment is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Order Picker & Delivery Driver to join a busy car parts warehouse in Southampton.
This is a varied role combining warehouse duties with local customer deliveries, so we're looking for someone who is organised, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for receiving and checking incoming car parts, picking and packing customer orders accurately, maintaining stock records and, when required, delivering goods to customers using a 3.5-tonne van.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and checking incoming deliveries and stock
- Accurately recording goods received on the warehouse database
- Picking car parts correctly against pick sheets and customer orders
- Packing and preparing orders for delivery
- Replenishing stock and maintaining accurate inventory levels
- Checking stock for damage and reporting any issues to management
- Segregating damaged or unsuitable stock to prevent it being used
- Using scanners and other warehouse equipment safely and correctly
- Loading and unloading goods
- Driving a 3.5-tonne van to deliver car parts to customers when required
- Providing a professional and friendly service to customers
- Following company health & safety procedures
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
- Carrying out any other reasonable duties requested by management
About You
We're looking for candidates who are:
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment
- Able to accurately follow pick sheets and instructions
- Confident dealing with customers
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- A full UK driving licence is required for the delivery element of the role
- Previous warehouse, delivery or automotive experience would be advantageous but is not essential
