Summary
We are seeking a Water Leakage Technician to join our team in the UK. This role is vital in diagnosing and repairing water leaks, helping us uphold our commitment to efficient water management and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be based locally and possess practical skills in plumbing and equipment operation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct leak detection surveys using acoustic and electronic leak detection equipment.
- Investigate reported water leaks and identify root causes.
- Monitor and analyze water network performance data.
- Perform pressure testing and flow analysis to locate hidden leaks.
- Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate records of investigations and repairs.
- Coordinate with maintenance and repair teams to ensure timely resolution of leakage issues.
- Support water conservation initiatives and leakage reduction targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Respond to emergency leakage incidents when required.
Requirements
- Experience in water network operations, leak detection, or utility maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of water distribution systems and leakage management techniques.
- Ability to use leak detection equipment and data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
