We’re looking for a part-time Receptionist / Showroom Host to join our team at Motor Range Liverpool, part of the North West’s No.1 used car dealership. With over 2,000 vehicles available across our sites, we’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to become one of the welcoming faces of our business.
This is a permanent, part-time position working three days per week – Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, friendly and professional welcome to customers visiting the showroom
- Answer incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate departments
- Assist customers with general enquiries and help deliver an excellent customer experience
- Take accurate messages and relay information efficiently
- Process and prepare vehicle paperwork and documentation
- Register and tax vehicles
- Take customer payments and maintain accurate records
- Support the wider team with general administrative duties
- Help maintain a professional and organised reception environment
What We’re Looking For

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service focus with a positive, proactive attitude
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and email
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and willing to support different areas of the business when required
- A team player who takes pride in delivering a first-class customer experience
Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, hospitality, retail or automotive environment would be advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Pay & Hours
- Pay: £12.75 per hour
- Hours: 22.5 hours per week
- Working days: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
- Working hours: 9am–5pm
- Contract: Permanent, part-time
- Some flexibility with working hours may be available and can be discussed at interview
