About Us - Supervisor
Bubala has grown to three buzzing restaurants across London, with locations in Spitalfields, Soho, and King’s Cross, and we’re not stopping there! Our fourth restaurant, Covent Garden, is opening in October this year, making it an incredibly exciting time to join our growing team.
Our menu celebrates the bold, complex flavours of the Middle East and an entirely vegetarian focus (we’re not into substitutes here!), we’re all about crafting unforgettable experiences in a fun, lively atmosphere. The Role - Supervisor
We’re looking for a Supervisor to join the team at Bubala, someone who’s ready to step up, lead a section, and bring calm consistency to service. You’ll be a key part of the daily floor team, supporting training, setting the pace, and making sure the details land right. This is a great role for someone who takes pride in doing things properly, and bringing others with them.
