Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas according to established standards
- Handle laundry services such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing when required
- Restock supplies like toiletries, paper products, and cleaning materials to ensure smooth operations
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to us promptly to uphold safety and quality standards
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to create a safe environment for clients and team members
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address special requests
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
- Reliable transportation to reach Dolphin Boatyard area of Galmpton
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
