We are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join our Lettings Team
Location – Sheffield
Full time: Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.30 pm and every third Saturday, 9.30 am - 2.30 pm
Salary: OTE £26,000 to £27,000, subject to experience
You would be...At the very forefront of our business, showcasing our brand and talking passionately about properties. Negotiating new tenancy applications dealing with initial enquiries into lettings. Showcasing our properties as a brand ambassador to potential tenants. Developing new investor relationships and offering investment advice on where/what to buy generating new business and supporting the team in carrying out market appraisals.
Previous lettings experience is beneficial but not essential; ability to demonstrate excellent customer service, problem solving skills, and good general knowledge.
