Bartender – Join Our Team!

We’re looking for fun, energetic and experienced Bartenders to join our team at Highley Manor!
This isn’t just a job behind the bar. You’ll be at the heart of the guest experience — chatting with customers, recommending drinks, and serving great options helping to create the atmosphere that makes an evening memorable.
What you’ll be doing
- Mixing and serving a fantastic range of drinks and cocktails
- Creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere for our guests
- Getting to know guests and making them feel genuinely looked after
- Confidently recommending and upselling drinks to increase sales
- Working busy weddings and the odd party.
- Being part of a friendly, supportive and energetic team
- Keeping the bar looking fantastic and running smoothly throughout service
What we’re looking for
- Experienced bar or hospitality work
- Someone confident, friendly and professional
- A natural people person who enjoys talking to guests
- Someone who can bring energy and personality to the bar
- Confident recommending drinks and upselling
- Able to stay calm, organised and positive when things get busy
- Reliable, hardworking and a great team player
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences
