We are currently looking for an experienced Carpentry Chargehand to join a major construction project in the Coventry/West Midlands area.

Lead and supervise a team of carpenters on site.

Coordinate daily carpentry activities and allocate work.

Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Liaise with site management and other trades.

Monitor productivity, quality and health & safety requirements.

Carry out carpentry duties when required.

Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory/Chargehand role.

Blue CSCS Card - Carpentry.

Strong carpentry/formwork experience.

Good knowledge of site health & safety.

SSSTS or SMSTS desirable.

Reliable, hardworking and able to lead a team.
