Pub Supervisor – Lockhart tavern, Haywards Heath
We’re on the lookout for a Supervisor to join our team at a busy, privately owned pub in Haywards Heath.
We’re all about freshly made food, a great range of drinks, and creating a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Helping run shifts and supporting the team day to day
- Making sure our guests have a great experience
- Opening and closing the pub when needed
- Keeping standards high across service, food, and cleanliness
- Supporting, training, and motivating the team
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a supervisor or strong experience ready to step up
- A positive, hands-on attitude
- A real interest in good food, drinks, and hospitality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced pub environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
