Delivered in partnership with Imperial College London, this prestigious nine-month programme (October 2026 – July 2027) combines world-class academic insight with the real-world complexity of our global business. Participants will develop advanced capability across leadership, strategy,

On completion, participants will receive Imperial College accreditation.
This program is open to Level 6 and 7 leaders globally across Finance, M&A and Strategy. It offers a unique opportunity for individuals already demonstrating strong performance and leadership potential, ready to equip themselves with the skills to step into broader, more complex roles in the future.

Once submitted, applications will be reviewed by the Finance Talent Business Partner. Selected candidates will then be invited to a screening call to explore their application in more detail.
Interviews will commence during the application window; however, there is no first-come, first-served approach, so we encourage you to take the time to submit a considered application. Outcomes and feedback will be shared in July.
