Clinical Oversight Practitioner (Registered Nurse)

We are seeking a confident and compassionate Clinical Oversight Practitioner to join our leadership team in Cowdenbeath for 37.5 hours per week. Offering the opportunity to influence clinical practice across three homes, while acting as Deputy to the Care Manager for all matters relating to registered nurse supervision and clinical care.

The Role
As Clinical Oversight Practitioner, you will:
- Provide strong clinical leadership and professional guidance to nursing teams
- Deliver nursing oversight across three homes, ensuring safe and effective care
- Act as Deputy to the Care Manager in relation to clinical governance and RN supervision
- Support individuals with Learning Disabilities and complex needs
- Lead clinical audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Embed best practice and drive continuous quality improvement
- Mentor and develop registered nurses and wider clinical staff
- Promote a positive, supportive, and accountable team culture
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN (essential)
- Experience in a senior or leadership role within a care home or similar setting
- Knowledge and understanding of Learning Disabilities
- Strong clinical governance and regulatory knowledge
- Experience supervising and supporting registered nurses
- Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
