Duties

- Handle customer interactions with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Maintain accurate administrative records related to staff performance, sales figures, and inventory management.
- Organise team meetings, set objectives, and communicate organisational updates effectively.
- Support sales initiatives by coaching team members on sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
