Key Responsibilities:
Support teachers in delivering high-quality learning experiences.
Work with individual pupils and small groups to enhance learning and engagement.
Assist with classroom preparation and resource management.
Encourage positive behaviour and support pupils' social and emotional development.
Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Support children with varying learning needs, including those with SEND where required.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience working with children in an educational, childcare, or similar setting.
A positive, patient, and proactive approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
A genuine passion for supporting children's education and wellbeing.
Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
