Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and facilitating training sessions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organisational policies and procedures.
- Monitor service quality standards and implement improvements where necessary.
- Help organise schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and manage staff rotas.
- Address customer or client concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for programme enhancements or operational efficiencies.
- Support teaching activities by providing guidance and overseeing programme delivery when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within an educational or organisational setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional approach to stakeholder engagement.
- Experience or background in teaching is highly desirable to facilitate staff training programmes effectively.
- Ability to work flexibly, adapt to changing priorities, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
