About the Role
We are an international consulting firm helping a major UK commercial landlord transform their digital operations.
We are seeking a Commercial Property Business Analyst / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to act as the operational bridge between UK property management and our technical delivery team. No prior SAP experience is required, we bring the software expertise; you bring the deep UK commercial property knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Mapping: Partner with functional consultants to map "to-be" software solutions directly to UK commercial real estate workflows.
- UK Domain Guidance: Advise on UK-specific commercial lease conventions, operational rules, and financial terminology (e.g., UK billing cycles, service charge reconciliations, rent reviews, and statutory leasing frameworks).
- Client Workshops: Participate in client-facing sessions to validate requirements, explain solution workflows, and build operational credibility.
Requirements
- Proven background in UK commercial property management, lease administration, or estate management.
- Strong business analysis skills—ability to translate real-world property operations into clear system requirements.
- Deep knowledge of UK leasing terminology, statutory rules, and financial billing structures.
- Familiarity with property software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, Qube) is a plus
Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in London
