We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Hub Security Officer to join us in Rugby Hub , working 12 hour shifts 06:00-18:00 on a 4on 4off rota.

As a Security Officer you will be accountable for deterring, detecting and investigating loss within designated Hub locations. They will work closely with the Loss Prevention Team to support the reduction of losses including client freight, through internal theft.
You will be accountable for:
- Working with Hub Team to manage site access controls including visitors and contractors
- Support on different processes to safeguard parcel performance such as high value goods
- Patrolling and feeding back on potential risks
- Security checks on outbound gatehouse
- Work to the assignment instructions ensuring that all activity is accurately recorded on the correct documents, in line with company's procedures
- Comply with and report on all Health and Safety issues in accordance with company guidelines.
- Working with the Hub Loss Prevention team to reduce damage and mismanagement or treatments of parcels
- Instilling a culture of handling parcels with care
