Imaging Services Manager - OS Clinic - Full-time

OS Clinic is looking for an experienced Imaging Services Manager to lead our diagnostic imaging service while remaining hands-on clinically.
OS Clinic is a clinician-led specialist practice bringing together 31 experts across orthopaedics, sports medicine, rheumatology, pain management and oral & maxillofacial surgery. This is an exciting opportunity to take real ownership of our imaging service, leading people, driving clinical excellence and helping shape how the department develops as OS Clinic grows.
The role
Reporting to the Head of Clinical Services, you'll:
- Lead and develop our imaging team and day-to-day service
- Remain clinically active across specialist orthopaedic, MSK, maxillofacial and head & neck imaging
- Work closely with leading consultants and surgeons to support rapid diagnosis and treatment
- Act as Radiation Protection Supervisor (RPS) and champion exceptional standards of safety, quality and governance
- Drive improvements in workflow, patient experience and departmental efficiency
- Manage departmental resources, budgets, equipment and suppliers
- Help develop new imaging services and contribute to the clinic's wider growth
- Play an active role within the senior clinical and operational team
About you
You'll be an HCPC-registered Radiographer with strong clinical experience and the confidence to lead from the front. You'll bring leadership or management experience, excellent knowledge of radiation safety and clinical governance, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding patient care. Experience in orthopaedic/MSK imaging, private healthcare, interventional services or service development would be a real advantage.
