Tradesperson (Multi‑Skilled)
Location: 98% of work based in Keynsham, Bristol (BS31 1EH)
Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible – minimum 30 hours if preferred)
Salary: £40,000 per year
Are you the person friends call when they need just about anything fixing? We’re looking for a skilled Multi‑Trade Operative to join our team. This is not a repetitive role—you’ll be the go‑to person for a wide range of maintenance, repair and improvement works across commercial and residential properties.
Duties
No two days are the same, but you can expect to carry out:
- Carpentry: Fitting doors, skirting boards and kitchen units
- Plumbing: Fixing leaks, changing taps and basic pipework
- Plastering / Tiling: Patch repairs, skimming, wall and floor tiling
- Painting & Decorating: High‑quality internal and external finishes
- Problem Solving: Assessing on‑site issues and delivering efficient, high‑quality solutions
What We’re Looking For
- Multi‑Trade Experience: Proven experience in at least two or three core trades (carpentry, plumbing or decorating preferred)
- Quality‑Focused: You take pride in your work—if it’s not straight, it’s not finished
- Customer‑Facing: Polite, professional and comfortable working in occupied properties or busy environments
- Essentials: Full UK driving licence and Own basic hand tools (specialist tools provided)

We are a long‑established company managing a fixed portfolio of properties in and around Keynsham. These are mainly commercial, with a small number of residential houses. We pride ourselves on maintaining high‑quality properties and continually improving them. The work is varied and will change week to week, covering both proactive and reactive maintenance.
