The Opportunity
We're looking for experienced Life Insurance & Protection Advisors to join our growing Review Team.
This is a fully remote role designed for advisers who already understand protection sales, regulated conversations, and converting opportunities into suitable customer outcomes.
You'll speak exclusively with existing customers who already have protection policies in place, reviewing their current arrangements and identifying whether their circumstances or protection needs have changed.
Where there is a genuine opportunity to improve a customer's protection, you'll provide suitable advice and guide them through the application process.
No cold calling. No self-generation. No buying leads.
You'll be provided with an existing customer base, ongoing coaching, compliance support and quality monitoring, allowing you to focus on advising customers and earning commission.
What You'll Be Doing
- Contacting existing customers to review their life insurance and protection arrangements
- Building rapport and conducting structured review conversations
- Understanding changes in customers' circumstances, needs and financial priorities
- Assessing whether existing protection remains suitable
- Identifying genuine opportunities to improve or enhance cover
- Providing clear, compliant regulated advice
- Converting suitable opportunities into applications
- Managing callbacks and your customer pipeline effectively
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Working towards clear sales and performance targets
- Delivering excellent customer outcomes while maintaining a strong commercial focus

Working Pattern
To maximise customer contact, the role includes:
- 2 late shifts per week until 7pm
- 2 weekend days per month
This provides flexibility while ensuring customers can be contacted at convenient times.
Who We're Looking For
This role is for experienced Protection Advisors only.
Applicants must have previous experience advising and selling:
- Life Insurance
- Critical Illness Cover
- Income Protection
- Family Income Benefit
- Relevant Life (desirable)
You'll also need:
- Previous experience in a regulated protection sales environment
- Strong knowledge of FCA-compliant sales processes
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- The ability to build rapport quickly
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Confidence handling objections and closing business
- Strong organisational skills and pipeline management
- The ability to work independently from home
- A customer-first approach with strong commercial awareness
