The Role
We are looking for a skilled, passionate Chef to join our close-knit kitchen family. In this role, you will confidently run your own section and help us keep standards high. You will be part of a highly motivated team at Hartnett Holder & Co, our award-winning restaurant, where we create regional Italian-inspired dishes using incredible, seasonal ingredients from top-tier suppliers.

If you are an experienced Chef de Partie who is confident running a section, we want to hear from you! We are looking for someone self-motivated who loves the energy of a busy kitchen. Above all, you need to be a true food lover. We want someone who lives and breathes cooking, and who genuinely cares about putting a smile on our guests' faces.
