Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the bar team to deliver outstanding service while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism
- Oversee food preparation and beverage service, ensuring quality and consistency in every drink and dish served
- Manage daily operations including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in accordance with food safety regulations
- Train staff on proper serving techniques, food safety protocols, and customer engagement strategies
- Develop creative drink menus, incorporating current trends and customer preferences to enhance the guest experience
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and leadership
- Ensure compliance with all health regulations related to food production, serving standards, and alcohol licensing
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a bar or restaurant setting with strong team management skills
- Experience in hospitality environments such as restaurants or hotels is highly desirable
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations governing food production and alcohol service
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
- Background in restaurant or culinary experience with an understanding of kitchen operations is preferred
- Previous barista experience or knowledge of beverage crafting is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
