Overview

Duties
- Manage daily cafe operations, including opening, closing, and ensuring smooth workflow throughout the day
- Supervise staff members, providing coaching, training, and motivation to maintain high performance standards
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all areas
- Coordinate food production activities, including inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with guests, addressing concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming environment
- Lead team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and foster a positive team culture
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary techniques
- Experience in managing food safety protocols and food production processes
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
- Previous experience in hotel or barista roles is advantageous but not mandatory
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, serving procedures, and hospitality standards
