Job Description: Lead Barista
40 hours per week @ £15 per hour [Thursday+Friday + Monday 6:30-15:00, Saturday+Sunday 08:00-15:00]
20 minute break (Paid)

Responsibilities:
Including but not limited to:
- Leading service of high level coffee across peak times
- Providing a high level of coffee knowledge in customer interactions
- Overseeing high quality of service and beverage standards by supporting/junior staff
- Assisting in curation of coffee menu
- Maintaining stock levels of ingredients and ordering
- Training other staff on service
- Maintaining grinder and machine operation quality
Accountabilities:
- Dialling in espresso beans and filter brews
- Report any maintenance or security issues immediately to line manager, including all fittings and equipment
- Complete all periodical tasks as required
- Fulfil all reasonable requests from customers, to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety
- Comply with statutory regulations concerning hygiene and food safety
- To be involved and contribute at team meetings where required
- To complete all duties in a timely and professional manner
Pay: £15.00-£16.00 per hour
