Sevello Children's Homes is an established and growing provider of high-quality residential children's homes across Essex. We are passionate about creating exceptional environments where children feel safe, valued, and supported to achieve positive outcomes.
We are seeking an ambitious Deputy or experienced Registered Manager who will initially take responsibility for our well-established children's home in Clacton-on-Sea. Once settled into the role, you will also lead the registration and opening of our new home in St Osyth.
Our Clacton home is a settled, thriving service with a strong, experienced team and a current GOOD Ofsted rating. The successful candidate will initially focus solely on leading this home before taking on responsibility for registering and opening our St Osyth service. We anticipate that the St Osyth home will not become operational until next year, allowing plenty of time to prepare for a successful launch.
At Sevello, we believe the environment matters. Our homes are carefully designed to be warm, welcoming and aspirational, but above all, we focus on delivering exceptional care and life-changing outcomes for children.
