Duties
As a Front of House Team Member, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Assisting with food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills for billing purposes.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and dining spaces.
- Providing excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Managing time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed during service hours.
Experience
While previous experience in hospitality or a restaurant setting is advantageous, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow within our team. Key skills that will contribute to your success in this role include:
