We are a leading manufacturer of cleaning products covering worldwide markets.
The role is key to the development of the business and is to lead the production team on our lateshift..
This is an exciting time for our business with continued investment in state of the art production equipment.
Accountabilities:
Responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the production dept.
Lead and develop Health and Safety.
Identify, train and upskill key members of staff.
KPI reporting and plan adherence - ability to analyse KPI data and implement improvements.
Good communicator leading improvement in employee relations.
Uses cGMP to manage and improve the business area.
A minimum of one year experience is required in this or a similar role.

Salary: £28000-£32000 (dependant on skills and experience) plus annual bonus
