Leeds (LS12) | Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: £13.50 – £16.50 per hour (depending on experience)
- Overtime paid at 1.5x (over 37.5 hours)

The Role
We’re looking for someone motivated and hands-on to join our press team.
You’ll be trained to operate both:
- Komori S29 B2 5 Colour Litho Press + Coater
- HP Indigo 7900 Digital Press
This is a rare opportunity to develop across both litho and digital—giving you a skillset that very few operators in the industry have.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with and learning press operation across litho and digital
- Setting up jobs, materials and workflows
- Monitoring quality, colour and consistency
- Supporting senior operators and learning best practice
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient press environment
What We’re Looking For
- Interest in print, production or engineering
- Practical mindset—someone who enjoys working with machinery and processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Any print experience is a bonus, but not essential
Working Hours
Rotating double day shift (weekly rotation):
- 6:00 – 13:30
- 13:30 – 21:00
- Monday to Friday
