As Sous chef* you will assist the Senior staff to organise, monitor and train the large brigade of chefs. The spa hotel has a restaurant that offers differing menu choices serving healthy fresh food dishes to the guests. There is also a busy afternoon tea service, a separate bar menu for all day diners and a busy function and banqueting department which is popular for weddings. Requirements:
The Exec Chef is seeking a passionate Sous Chef who is seeking a role where they can commit themselves in a fast paced quality kitchen. Previous experience working in high volume fresh food kitchens is essential along with very strong organisational skills and ability to train junior staff.
