What you'll do:
As a Room Leader, you will:
- Lead and manage your designated room, ensuring outstanding practice at all times
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Support and develop your team through coaching and mentoring
- Maintain accurate records of children's development and progress
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
- Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are fully adhered to
What We’re Looking For
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Hold a Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (or working towards one).
- Are passionate about early childhood education and child development.
- Have strong communication skills and a caring, positive attitude.
- Are reliable, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering exceptional childcare.
- Understand safeguarding, wellbeing, and health & safety responsibilities.
Pay: £15.30 per hour
