Key Responsibilities
Travel Product Strategy:
Lead the planning, development, and continuous improvement of premium travel products, ensuring they align with market demand, customer expectations, and commercial objectives.
Market Research and Analysis:
Evaluate customer insights, competitor offerings, tourism trends, and destination performance to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing travel experiences.
Supplier Relationship Management:
Develop strong partnerships with hotels, transport providers, destination management companies, local operators, and tourism organisations to deliver high-quality travel services.
Commercial Performance:
Monitor product profitability, pricing strategies, booking performance, and customer satisfaction while implementing initiatives that improve commercial results.
Cross Functional Leadership:
Work closely with operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and seamless customer journeys.
Risk and Quality Management:
Ensure travel products comply with company quality standards, health and safety requirements, regulatory obligations, and sustainable tourism principles.
What We Are Looking For
Experience:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in travel product management, tourism strategy, destination development, or commercial travel operations, with previous experience leading complex projects or mentoring colleagues.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of international tourism, travel distribution, supplier negotiations, itinerary planning, and customer experience management.
Commercial Skills:
Experience managing product performance, pricing models, financial forecasting, and business growth initiatives within the travel or hospitality sector.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Technology:
Confident using travel reservation platforms, CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, reporting tools, and digital collaboration platforms.
Mindset:
Commercially driven, customer focused, highly organised, and capable of balancing strategic planning with practical execution in a fast-paced international travel environment.
Pay: £5,000.00-£6,000.00 per month
