We’re looking for a motivated Fragrance Consultant & Sales Representative to join our new Norwich Royal Arcade store. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a global brand, connect with customers, and grow in the exciting beauty and fragrance industry.
What You’ll Do
Build strong relationships with customers by delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
Promote our diverse collection of perfumes, helping clients find their perfect signature scent.
Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Contribute to the energy and success of a dynamic retail team.
What We’re Looking For
A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Proven sales experience and a history of achieving targets.
Passion or knowledge of the fragrance industry
A self-starter who thrives both independently and within a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Weekend Availability Required
Applicants must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays, as well as provide flexibility to work additional shifts during the week when required. Weekend availability is essential for this role.
