We're looking for a Kitchen Porter to join the team at The Classroom in Nairn.
We're a busy, well-established venue with a strong mix of locals and visitors. Our focus is simple good food, friendly service, and a team that works well together.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in keeping things clean and organised, and is happy to support the kitchen team wherever needed.
The Role
As a Kitchen Porter, you'll:
- Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and organised throughout service
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Support chefs with basic food preparation when required
- Help with deliveries and stock storage
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties
This is a hands-on role and an important part of the kitchen team. Reliability, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic are essential.

- Previous experience is helpful but not essential
