Coolings Lifestyle is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a General Sales Assistant. If you’re someone who can deliver outstanding customer service to customers and offer the best service that suits their needs, all with a smile, then this might be the job for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating an EPOS till system and taking all forms of payment from customers
- Completing delivery notes as required
- To promote and enhance the Coolings brand
- Advising and helping customers on the shop floor
- Generating sales opportunities through interaction with customers
- Maintaining and tidying displays and putting out stock
Key Skills :
- Previous retail experience would be an advantage but not essential
- Own transport is essential as public transport to us is not reliable.
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
