Experienced Highways Operative Wanted – BANES Area
We are looking for a competent and experienced Highways Operative to join our 4-man team working across the BANES (Bath & North East Somerset) area.
The role will include:
- Setting out and laying kerbs
- Building gullies
- Laying tarmac
- General highways works
Essential requirements:
- Proven experience in highways and groundwork
- Full UK driving licence
- Relevant highways tickets
- CSCS card (minimum requirement)
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team

This position requires physical stamina as it involves working outdoors in various weather conditions. The ability to work well within a team is essential. Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.
